Project Introduction
Recently, our company and Siemens China Beijing Research Institute for the vocational college carefully built digital seal production line successfully delivered. Customer demand is to make a set of PLC, MES, WMS, PLM, three-dimensional warehouse, AGV, robot, CNC machine tools, visual inspection, digital twin integrated digital production line, in order to cultivate professional technology and composite high-end talents, promote the construction of new engineering, and carry out industry-university cooperation and collaborative education plan.
The overall structure of the project is as follows:
PLM→MES→WMS→PLC→Three-dimensional warehouse

→PLC→Robot/CNC machine/visual camera/Laser marking machine
The overall project process is as follows:
Obtain seal order → generate order information → Find raw material inventory → Distribute pallets → three-dimensional warehouse delivery →AGV transportation → robot feeding → CNC machine processing → Visual inspection → laser marking → robot assembly → robot feeding →AGV transportation → three-dimensional warehouse storage → Complete order
The successful delivery of the project can meet the needs of nearly 100 students to conduct online simulation operation of the production line, so that students have a deeper understanding of digital intelligent modern industry. Through the online simulation operation, students can practice the concept of digital intelligent production, understand the technology and application of intelligent manufacturing, and be able to obtain production data in real time, perform data analysis and optimize the production process.
In addition, the successful delivery of the project will empower students with data analysis skills and help them master data analysis tools and techniques to enable data-driven production decisions. At the same time, AI assistance can also provide students with technical support for intelligent manufacturing and help them understand the basic principles and application scenarios of intelligent manufacturing. It can help students gain more in-depth understanding and practical experience, have the basic ability and knowledge of high-end composite talents, and become high-end composite talents under the intelligent manufacturing system.

We adopted
Automation: Siemens 1500 series PLC and Siemens ET200 series PLC.
Transmission: Siemens G120 series inverter as the drive unit.
Network: Siemens switches are used.
