Automobile Production Line

Our company contracted to build the first intelligent manufacturing production line of a cast pipe factory. Through intelligent information technology, the project has greatly improved the automatic production capacity of equipment, optimized the production process, and promoted the transformation of production from "experience-based" to intelligent production supported by information and data.

After the project is put into operation, the annual output of high-performance ductile iron pipe is 600,000 tons, and the products can adapt to the complex and changeable actual use environment, and the entire production process is green, effectively reduce energy consumption, improve product quality and production efficiency

Product Application

We have adopted:

Automation: Siemens S7-1500 series PLC as the main station, sub-stations using ET200 series PLC.

Transmission: Siemens G120 series inverter is used as the driving unit.

Network: PN communication is adopted as a whole to form the whole project ring network.
